Summary: When we arrived it appeared the property was not cleaned and the heat was not working. The manager was gracious enough to refund our payment. We are appreciative of that.

Summary: Our group of 3 adults stayed in this newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage on a private road. The beds were very comfortable, the wifi worked great, the host was easy to communicate with by text, the kitchen and bath (and even washer/dryer available) worked out well, the TV options were great. Thanks for a great place to stay near Beacon, NY where we visited the Dia Beacon and enjoyed walking through the town and hiking in the area.

Summary: Inside was super clean, modern, comfortable beds, but I would have liked a bedside lamp to read in bed, as ceiling spotlights are super bright in bedroom. An outside light would have been helpful at night. Decaf coffee pods would’ve been helpful. We brought our own K-cups, but they didn’t fit the Keurig. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay and we’d return.

Summary: It was a cute little place, low key and nothing fancy. However, the air conditioning unit was not working and when it was running it didn’t smell great. The bedding kept coming off as we were sleeping. The shower was great!

Summary: Just needed a place to get away to for the night and this place served the purpose. Nothing spectacular, just the basics of a 2br 1bath apartment. If you need a low-key no-frills place to crash in the Hudson Valley area, this will suffice. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, since it was a last minute reservation the night before, but the place could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise it was fine, as described.

Summary: Spent a great weekend with my girlfriend, the Lake is a few houses down, the entrance is public but be mindful there isn’t much of a space for things like bags or towels. Place was perfect for 2 but could fit at least 1 other in the seperate bedroom and quite comfortably. Eon was very communicative as a host. Though not a drawback of the property, Newburgh didn’t have much in the way of restaurants and spots outside of the waterfront 20 mins out. But if you want a quant and peaceful stay with a private lake to boot, this is a great stay!
